The CTI Affiliate Program
The Critical Thinking Institute’s (CTI) affiliate program
enables influencers who believe in our mission and want to
forward its goals, and, at the same time, share in the revenue.
How it works is simple:
- Commission: 40% of gross sales (after discounts and
fees) - Term: Three years with options to renew, plus
continued commissions on sales for three full years after affiliate status ends - Responsibilities: Affiliates promote CTI in their voices by adapting CTI materials to their audiences
- How it works: Affiliates receive commission through their unique coupon code and are paid directly by the
hosting site - Termination: Affiliates may terminate the agreement at any time
- Registration: Signing up just takes a few minutes

Affiliate Terms & Conditions
Terms and conditions of the relationship between The Critical Thinking Institute, LLC, (CTI) and its Affiliates.
- Commission will be paid on gross sales price less any discounts, and not including any tax or other fees.
- The Critical Thinking Institute may accept or terminate an Affiliate at any time at their sole discretion.
- The Affiliate may terminate their Affiliate relationship at any time.
- The Affiliate is not an agent of CTI. No rights of ownership whatsoever will transfer to the Affiliate.
- The Affiliate may not use any of The Critical Thinking Institute’s intellectual property without prior written consent.
- Affiliates will comply with all laws and FTC regulations, including those that govern email marketing and anti-spam laws.
- Affiliates are responsible for all of their own costs and expenses.
- CTI may reject any prospective customer and will only pay commission for qualified purchases by accepted customers using an affiliated code according to the agreed payment schedule.
- The Affiliate shall not describe the Critical Thinking Institute as endorsing their website, program, or other intellectual property.
- The Affiliate may not disclose any confidential or proprietary information to any person or entity without the prior written consent of The Critical Thinking Institute.
- The Critical Thinking Institute’s liability regarding any cause of action regarding an Affiliate agreement, shall be limited to the total commission owed to the Affiliate for the previous 12 months.
